Key users receive periodically automatic email notifications to remind them of any action that they should take in the Admin Area respect to the administration of users, promotions, etc...

 

On top of this, if users send general enquiries about the website, request support on registration process, etc., key users will be notified in their mailbox through a special email address created for each country (i.e. info.country@panasonicproclub.com), which redirects to their personal Panasonic mailbox. This systems guarantees privacy for each Key User, as no names, nor professional emails are displayed.

Last but not least, monthly statistics of visits, new registrations... are sent by email to the key users. To learn more about statistics, click here.
